SECTION 1:
By placing an ad on this website you are agreeing to all of the terms as set out within the pages of this website.

1. You are offering a home for sale privately
2. You agree to make a fair representation of your property.
3. You will inform us or edit your ad if the property becomes unavailable due to sale or being taken off the market.
4. You are solely responsible for whether or not the property is sold.
5. You will make any appointments and take necessary risk assessments in letting people view your home.

SECTION 2:
We agree that

• Upon receipt of payment your ad will go live within 24hr
• Sponsored links will remain for 36 months
• Normal ad will stay on site for 36months
• We will not act as an estate agent
• We will back up the website
• We do not pass out personal information

SECTION 3:
You are confirming by using this website that you have read our disclaimer and privacy policy.  You agree that all of these terms in their entirety form part of our terms and conditions.

You are advised to take precautions when showing people around your home.  You are solely responsible for the risk that this may or may not involve.

Franchised areas.  You can purchase an area for £500 either by way of no interest credit through NoSellingFee or by making a one off payment.  Franchise Agreements lasts for 12 months.  Any properties that fall within your franchised area, you will receive a payment of £9.99 per property whether or not you obtained that property.  If you require credit, every 3rd property you will not be paid until the account is clear.  At the end of 12 months if there is a balance outstanding to nosellingfee, you will agree to be invoiced for the balance capped at £500.00 and will agree to pay the outstanding liability within 14 days.
